Who is DentKey for?
Dentists and dental hygienists who want their licenses, registrations and CE hours in one place. It is an iPhone app. There is no Android or iPad version.
Does my data go to the cloud?
Your credentials never go to our servers. There is no account, and your records are stored and encrypted on your iPhone. The vault even works in airplane mode.
How does scanning work?
Tap scan and point your camera at a certificate. DentKey reads it on your iPhone. On-device AI helps fill in the course, provider, date and hours for you to check before you save.
Does scanning send my certificates anywhere?
No. Reading happens on your iPhone with Apple's on device tools. Your certificate is not uploaded to us or to anyone else.
I lost my phone. Can you recover my records?
No. Your key never leaves your phone, so we can't recover your records. Make a DentKey backup in the app so you can restore it on a new phone.
How do I move to a new phone?
In the app, create a backup and choose a password. Send the file to yourself, install DentKey on the new phone and restore it. A regular iPhone backup alone will not open your records, because the key stays on the old phone.
Do I need a subscription?
Yes, after a free trial. Try everything for 3 days, then choose monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in your iPhone settings.
How do I report a problem?
Use Send a report inside the app, or email dentblueprint@gmail.com. Tell us which iPhone you have and which version of iOS it runs.
